Everything has been really straightforward- the staff have been brilliant! really informative about the products and the service from survey to installation i can't fault. Aaron carried out our survey and gave all the information we needed - he answered all our questions. Bethanie and Donna kept us informed of delivery. We contacted the office after about 8 weeks as we had been told they should have a ship docking date by this time. and they did! it was due to dock the following weekend and we had our shutters installed less than 2 weeks after that by Mark who again was really professional. Left no mess !. The shutters are lovely - hardwood and they look fantastic. Had them before in our old house we fitted ourselves but decided for the extra small cost it was worth getting them fitted by Horizon. Really happy. Thank you! 🙂

How it works
- Contact: arrange for one of our surveyors to visit your home by contacting our office via phone, Whatsapp or submitting an online form. Alternatively you can visit our showroom to discuss your requirements and book a visit from us
- Survey/design: our surveyor will visit your home to talk you through our products, measure your windows and even give you a quote on the day
- Order: once you are happy with design and price, our office will arrange for your deposit to be taken, before submitting your order to our factory to begin production
- Installation date: once your shutters are nearly ready to be installed, our office will contact you to arrange a suitable date/time with you and talk you through the process on the day.
- Installation: our fitters will visit to carry out the installation, ensuring all shutters are fitted correctly, explaining the operation of your new shutters. our fitters will also take away all packaging.
- Post installation: our office will call to ensure your installation went smoothly, before taking final payment on your shutters.

Bedroom shutters offer numerous benefits vs standard blinds or curtains. As well as looking stylish, bedroom shutters offer privacy and light at the same time due to their natured louvre, so no need to completely draw the curtains when looking for privacy and consequentially blocking all the light out the room.
